Plivački klub Cerine sudjelovao je u subotu, 26.11., na 1.Memorijalu Anto Dragić u Čakovcu s dvanaest natjecatelja i natjecateljica. Na natjecanju koje je okupilo 230 plivača i plivačica iz 12 klubova svi koprivnički plivači isplivali su svoja najbrža vremena.

Od djevojčica, najviše se istaknula Dora Ferčec koja je osvojila 3. mjesto u disciplini 100 leđno s rezultatom 1.41.24, što je značajan rezultat s obzirom da je Dora plivala u konkurenciji i do dvije godine starijih natjecateljica.

Kod dječaka, velik uspjeh ostvario je Ivan Sinjeri koji je osvojio čak 4 medalje: zlato na 50 m leptir (s rezultatom 33.17) i isplivanim rekordom mitinga, dva srebra na 50 m leđno (s rezultatom 36.17) i 100 slobodno (s rezultatom 1.11.06) te broncu na 100 leđno (s rezultatom 1.22.52).

Zahvaljujući odličnim rezultatima Ivan je proglašen najboljim plivačem natjecanja u svojoj dobnoj kategoriji.

 Swimming club Cerine participated on the First Memorial Anto Dragić in Čakovec with twelve competitors, 26 November 2016. The competition brought together 230 swimmers from 12 clubs and all swimmers from Koprivnica swam their fastest time.

Of the girls, the most prominent was Dora Ferčec and won third place in discipline 100 backstroke with a score of 1:41:24, which is a significant result that Dora swam in the competition of two years older competitors.

Of the boys, the great success achieved Ivan Sinjeri who won four medals: gold in the 50m butterfly (with a score of 33:17) and set the meeting record, two silver medals in the 50m backstroke (with a score of 36:17) and 100m freestyle (with a score of 11:1:06), and bronze in the 100m backstroke (with the result 1:22:52).

Thanks to the excellent results Ivan named as the best swimmer of competition in his age category.
